Privacy Policy

When you use the booking / enquiry form, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company / restaurant name (if provided)
• Need type (new machine / rental / repair)
• Message content (e.g. model, volume, address, preferred contact time — whatever you choose to provide)

We do not ask for Hong Kong ID numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive data unrelated to the enquiry.

Your personal data is used only to:

• Reply to your enquiry
• Provide quotes or service information
• Arrange sales, rental, repair, delivery or on-site follow-up
• Verify contact details for phone follow-up where needed

We will not use your data for unrelated direct-marketing list sales or other unexplained purposes.

After you submit the form, the data is stored in our booking system and a copy is emailed to [email protected]. Staff will mainly follow up by phone (2180 9383).

Only authorised staff who need to handle the enquiry may access the data.

We will not transfer, sell or share customers’ personal data with any third party for that party’s own marketing or other purposes.

If the law requires disclosure, or a delivery / installation contractor must know limited contact details to complete a service you requested, we will share only what is necessary and expect proper use. Website hosting or email providers that transmit data technically may process it only to support these purposes.

Enquiry and booking records are generally kept for 7 years; afterwards we delete them or render them non-identifiable, unless law requires a longer period.

If an enquiry is still being handled, we may keep related data for as long as needed to finish that service.

This website does not currently use tracking cookies and has not installed Google Analytics or similar tools.

If we later enable analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this section with the tool name, data types and purpose, and any opt-out or consent steps required by law.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, and correction of inaccurate data.

Email [email protected] with subject “Personal data access / correction”, and give enough detail for us to verify identity and locate the record. We will reply within the time allowed by the Ordinance.

If we become aware of a possible personal-data breach, we will assess the impact promptly, take reasonable steps to stop further leakage, notify affected persons where appropriate, and consider reporting to the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in line with PCPD guidance.
