Product information and specifications on this website, and any quote or estimate given by phone or email, are for reference only and do not form a binding contractual offer. A firm deal exists only when both sides confirm in writing (for example a confirmed quotation, order or contract).

• Warranty period: Sales generally include one-year parts and labour warranty from delivery; machines without warranty can be quoted separately.
• What is covered: Parts and labour under normal use, as stated in the written confirmation for that sale.
• What is not covered: Misuse, wrong power supply, failure to follow instructions, third-party modification, accident or natural disaster.
• How to claim: Contact us by phone or email with proof of purchase / delivery and a description of the fault.

The warranty for each sale is as stated in the written confirmation for that sale.

• Term, deposit, rent and payment: As set out in the individual rental agreement or written quotation.
• Repair liability: Normal wear and tear is handled by us; damage from misuse, loss or improper use is charged to the hirer.
• Early termination: Subject to the notice period and fees in the rental agreement or written terms.
• Return condition: Machines should be returned in reasonably usable condition (fair wear and tear excepted).

Full terms are as confirmed in the rental agreement.

• Diagnosis / estimate: Staff will explain whether a diagnosis fee applies and how long an estimate remains valid.
• Repair timing: We will arrange as promptly as practicable; timing depends on parts and site conditions and is not a guaranteed completion date from this website.
• Fees: Diagnosis, parts and labour as confirmed in writing or by phone.
• If repair is not possible: We will discuss refund, parts options or other alternatives with you.
